It should be noted that the toughening is divided into physical toughening and chemical toughening, chemical toughening is silk screened after toughening, while physical toughening needs to be silk screened before toughening the product.
Fifth, silkscreen is to make the ink on the glass surface present different colours, shapes, patterns of the craft effect, mainly through the screen printing, drying, so that the ink attached to the surface of the glass so as to achieve the finished product requirements of the appearance of the effect.
Sixth, the main purpose of coating is to form a layer of film with specific function in specific position on the glass surface. The main principle is in a vacuum state through evaporation, electron gun bombardment or magnetron sputtering and other ways to make the film material deposited on the surface of the glass and become, and now the main application of the coating process are anti-fingerprint film, anti-reflective film and so on.
Seven, the main purpose of cleaning is to remove the dirt, dust and other foreign matter attached to the glass surface through ultrasonic waves, so that the glass cover in the strengthening, screen printing, coating and other production processes to achieve good results.
