Therefore, this method is only suitable for a small range of printing one black.
2, the raw material using grey glass: in the originally colorless and transparent glass seeding process, adding inorganic metal oxides colorants, so that the original transparent glass into a dark grey glass with low transmittance, transmittance rate as low as 20% to 40%, that we call grey glass. This dark grey and black are very close to each other, and the colour of the inked area of the bezel is toned according to the black colour displayed by the LCD screen after lamination. Coupled with the full lamination process, "one-piece black" effect has been greatly enhanced.
Second, you want to achieve "one-piece black" effect can also use another way, is the use of one black OCA optical adhesive (smoke colour OCA).
