Our 10.4 inch capacitive touch screen for ship intelligent control divided into more than single-layer and double-decker structure of ITO glass, high transmittance, good quality, long life, performance is better than resistance touch screen, can not only click and drag a single point, can be multi-point touch, a variety of gesture recognition, in order to achieve rotation, zoom, flip, calligraphy and other functions, simple operation.
Our 10.4 inch capacitive touch screen for ship intelligent control adopt MoAlMo trace in place of Ag trac technology.Mo al Mo ITO coated glass is to deposit ITO conductive film on the positive and negative surfaces of glass by magnetron sputtering under vacuum, and then to deposit Mo, Al and Mo metal films on the float surface. The main characteristics of the film are strong adhesion, good uniformity of the glass surface, and reflected light intensity in visible light.
Process flow: single / double ITO coating → etching → matel → etching → strippable adhesive printing → slicing
The capacitive touch screen is divided into single-layer and double-layer ITO glass structure, with high transmittance, good texture, long service life and better performance than the resistive touch screen. It can not only click and drag single point, but also touch multiple points, recognize multiple gestures, so as to realize functions such as rotation, scaling, page turning, calligraphy, etc., with simple and gorgeous operation.Mo al Mo + ITO coated glass is mainly used in capacitive touch screen mobile phones and navigators of electronic products.
